Fashion designer Johnson Hartig of Libertine was inspired by a fragment of 18th-century French ribbon when he created Jilly Velvet Tape. Made of a silky cotton-viscose velvet, this graphic zigzag stripe adds dazzle and dimension to upholstery, pillows, and window treatments alike.
