At Wallpaper Twins, we work with trusted manufacturers and production partners to deliver wallpaper, fabrics, and custom murals as efficiently as possible. Shipping timelines vary by product type and brand.

Order Processing Times

In-Stock Items (Wallpaper & Fabrics)

Most in-stock items ship within 3–7 business days. Processing time depends on the brand selected and warehouse availability at the time of order.

Please note: If a brand confirms a backorder or limited inventory after purchase, we will contact you with options.

Custom Murals

All murals are custom-made to order and produced specifically for your project. Custom murals typically ship within 7–10 business days.

Custom mural programs include:

  • House of Hackney Murals
  • Wallpaper Twins Custom Murals (produced locally in the USA)

Because murals are made-to-order, production timelines cannot be expedited, and custom mural orders are generally final sale unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed with non-U.S. shipping addresses may be canceled and refunded.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery destination.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

Orders ship via reputable national carriers. Once your order leaves the warehouse or production facility, we will email you tracking information (when available).

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed, as carrier transit times may vary.
