At Wallpaper Twins, we strive to provide the highest quality products. If you need to request a return or report an issue, please contact us at [email protected] within the applicable return period.
Important Note Before Ordering
Some wallpaper patterns or colorways may be discontinued, final sale, or otherwise non-returnable through the manufacturer, even if this is not clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase. If returnability is important to your purchase, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to confirm the current status with the manufacturer.
General Return Window
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be approved in advance and must arrive in original, unopened, unused, and resalable condition.
Discontinued / Final Sale Products
Any discontinued, clearance, closeout, final sale, special-order, or manufacturer-designated non-returnable product is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. In some cases, a product’s discontinued or non-returnable status may not be visible on the product page at the time of purchase, as manufacturers can update availability or return eligibility without notice. If returnability is important to your purchase, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the current status with the manufacturer.
Return Shipping
Return shipping labels are provided by Wallpaper Twins at no cost to the customer for approved returns, unless otherwise stated for a specific brand, manufacturer, or product type.
Custom Murals
All custom murals are printed to order and are therefore subject to a 50% restocking fee if a return is approved due to a change of mind. Murals that have been installed, cut, or altered are not eligible for return.
Schumacher Products
Returns and claims for Schumacher wallpaper or fabric must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date and require prior authorization. All items must be returned in original, unopened, and resalable condition.
Custom-cut or special-order Schumacher goods, including cut yardage or installed products, are non-returnable. Approved returns of non-defective merchandise are subject to a 30% manufacturer restocking fee.
Thibaut Products
Returns of Thibaut wallpaper require prior approval and must be returned in original, unopened condition. Approved returns are subject to a 30% manufacturer restocking fee plus a $20 return handling fee, which includes the return label issued for shipping the product back to Thibaut.
York Wallcoverings Products
Returns of York Wallcoverings products require prior approval and must be returned in original, unopened, unused, and resalable condition. Approved returns are subject to a 30% manufacturer restocking fee. The return shipping label is covered by Wallpaper Twins and provided free of charge.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Payment processing fees (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Rush production fees
- Expedited shipping charges
- Customs duties or import fees
- Design, artwork, or graphic setup services
Claims & Reprints
All products must be inspected before installation. If a defect or issue is identified, do not install the material. Contact us immediately with photos and order details. Approved reprints will be produced using the same specifications as the original order.
Installation & Labor Disclaimer
Wallpaper Twins is not responsible for installation costs, labor charges, or removal expenses under any circumstances.
Color & Batch Variation
Slight color variations may occur between print runs, batches, materials, and digital displays. This is considered normal and does not constitute a defect.
