Returns and Refunds

We only offer returns and refunds for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.

How to Request a Refund

  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.

Non-Refundable Items

Items that are not defective or damaged upon arrival are not eligible for return or refund. Custom murals and personalized orders are also non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
